Oversight

Oversight is the clandestine unit of the government that runs Division. It is made up of higher-ranker agents, and they once were in charge of the decisions and operations made by Division until Percy took over and began a more tyrannical operation.

The name itself is an homage to the original series of La Femme Nikita, on which Nikita itself was based. Oversight was the name of the organisation that supervised all Sections on behalf of Center.
